JYFLEX segmented e-paper display module is flexible, ultra thin & light, ultra-low power consumption and rugged. It is suitable for smart, ESL, RF tag, wearable device, and IoT. JYFLEX provides one stop shop service to speed up the design and manufacture for customers.
Inlay Manufacturing
JYFLEX provides one-stop service for customers with a time-based one-time-password (OTP) functional inlay which integrates the process and assembly of a segmented flexible display, ultra-thin battery, low power consumption processor, and high precision crystal oscillator. The functional inlay can be perfectly embedded into a smart card whose thickness is less than or equal to 0.84 mm, which meets the bending stiffness requirements of ISO 7810 standard. In addition, the functional inlay supports secure hash algorithms and has a long life time up to 3-5 years without charging. This functional inlay is applicable to financial security products such as OTP/DCVV display cards.
Active Matrix E-paper Display Module
JYFLEX active matrix e-paper display module is high resolution, super wide viewing angle, ultra light & thin, flexible, and durable. The active matrix display module have high resolution and displays fonts and images as clear as laser printed page. The viewing angle is nearly 180 degree, the images is held without powers and readable even under the sun light. The OTFT and non-glass flexible substrate made the display much lighter, thinner and more rugged than the traditional glass-based display. JYFLEX not only provides different sizes and resolutions of active matrix module but also one stop shop service for customers.
